The manufacturing process places significant emphasis upon safety, quality, service and reliability. Continuous improvement is a vital factor in these processes, as it is in all other aspects of the business.

Management systems

The objective of the management of Esterform is to supply safe and legal products which will consistently meet its customers’ specified requirements, and conform to all the applicable regulatory requirements. In order to achieve this objective, it is the policy of Esterform to maintain, comply with, and continually improve an effective and integrated quality and hygiene management system.

Legislation

This system provides a framework for establishing, reviewing and improving the objectives of the business. As part of this, company policy and objectives are communicated and understood throughout the organisation.

The quality and hygiene management system is based on the requirements of both BSENISO 9001:2008 and The British Retail Consortium/Institute of Packaging Global Standard: 2008 Issue 4. The hazard and risk management system that has been adopted is the HACCP.
